3.3. Payments for orders can be made through the provided payment methods. Viva Foods reserves the right to change or add payment methods at its discretion.

**4. Cancellations and Refunds**

4.1. Users may cancel orders subject to the cancellation policy of the respective restaurant.

4.2. Refunds for canceled orders or unsatisfactory deliveries are subject to the refund policy of the respective restaurant.

**5. Privacy and Data**

5.1. Viva Foods collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

**6. Intellectual Property**

6.1. The content and materials on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

6.2. Users may not use, modify, or reproduce any content from the Platform without written permission from Viva Foods.
